H40 HIDROCONTROLS

   
 

Also named as "brake" or "hydro-check" they control their speed of advance maintaining it constant. Used mainly to regulate and to specify the mechanical advance of the pneumatic cylinders and devices; allowing them to obtain easily the approximation stage at fast speed. Basically they consist of a hydraulic cylinder in a closed circuit that receives the force of the device to control. It contains for it, regulators for the advance and a compensator of volume for the oil.

 
 

CHARACTERISTICS

 
 

Minimum force and Maxima to regulate. 18 and 800 daN adjustable speed between 0.06 and 9 m/min. speed in the sense of recovery: up to 12 m/min. Operating temperature: of -15ēC up to 90ēCs

 
 

The speed control is sold in two versions: the 'conventional', the economic one, for a given regulation in which the speed depends on the load (force applied by the device to control) as it is indicated in the graph. The other version goes provided with a compensated speed governor that allows a constant advance independently of the load - when this one surpasses the value of 80 daN -.


Cadence of operation.- Its maximum power is equivalent to its capacity in receiving energy without exceeding the Maxima temperature of operation. It comes certain by the formula:

 F x C x N = 760,000 (atmosphere to 20ēCs)

C- race (mm) 

N- Amount of races regulated per minute.


Reference for proision



Using additional refrigeration, for example, the leaking in pneumatic distributors, its power increases considerably.
